CourseGraphic Belly dancing is a fun way to work out, burn calories, stimulate the brain, and strengthen core muscle groups. Whether you are senior or think that you have two left feet, Belly Dancing is an activity that everybody can do regardless of fitness level. Bodyweight exercises to improve balance, flexibility, and strength will also be included in this class. Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes.
