CourseGraphic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the most effective forms of self-defense.  It utilizes leverage, timing, and economy of movement, to allow a smaller person to defend themselves against a larger attacker. This course will focus on the foundational techniques of modern Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as its application to different life settings.
