Ages: 14 and up | In-Person Instruction
Are you new to swimming or returning after a period of absence? This beginner class is designed to help teens and adults build confidence in the water while learning essential safety and foundational swim skills, such as floating, gliding, breath control, and basic strokes.
Taught by our experienced, professionally trained staff, this class offers the support of a public program with the quality you’d expect from a private swim school. Classes are held in our indoor aquatic facility, featuring two Olympic-sized pools, ensuring comfort, space, and personalized instruction.
Are you ready for more? Students who master Level I skills—like floating independently and swimming 10 feet—will be prepared to advance to Level II, where they’ll continue building endurance and stroke technique.
