Ages: 6 and up | In-Person Instruction
Level III is for swimmers who are confident in the water and ready to strengthen their technique and endurance. Students must be able to float on their back and stomach, swim the front crawl and back crawl, and swim at least 20 feet unassisted from the shallow to the deep end.
In this level, children will refine their stroke technique, improve rotary breathing, and learn new skills like treading water and basic diving. Instructors provide focused feedback to help students become more efficient, confident swimmers.
Classes are held in our indoor facility, which has two Olympic-sized pools. This gives students the space and structure they need to take their swimming to the next level.
