Choreography Lab for Adults gives students the opportunity to explore movement, creativity, and personal expression through dance. Participants will experiment with rhythm, music, and guided movement exercises while learning how to build short dance phrases and original choreography. No prior dance experience is required—just a willingness to move, create, and have fun.
