This information-packed seminar will start your career by covering all the basics you need to know. You will learn how the immigration process works for family based and employment-based immigration, the preference system and the requirements for refugees and asylees. 

The seminar will be heavily focused on permanent visa, temporary visas, and diversity visas. The role, duties, and responsibilities of the immigration consultant are thoroughly explained to maximize your knowledge. Addiltionally, you will gain pratical experience by completing the most common immigration documents used including practice visa applications, travel documents, waviers, applications for employment, petitions, permanent residency applications, and green card issues. The instructor will also discuss updates to the Differed Action for Childhood Arrivals Program aka D. A. C. A. 

Our extensive guidebook contains immigration forms with explanations and definitions to confidently steer your through the process. $150 guidebook fee paid at the time of registration.
